Product Features

Bottom Rolling
The weight of the doors is carried by the bottom rolling system, eliminating the need for overhead structural beams. The bearings, tapered rollers and angled track are all concealed by a protective gasket which helps prevent debris collecting in the sill track. Cleaning sweepers ensure any grit or dust is cleared away from the rolling mechanism and drainage weep holes allow any water and dust to escape.

Multipoint Locking
Designs with master and slave doors can also operate as traditional a French or single door system. Folding door systems are complemented with Centor locking systems with Twinpoint lock and dropbolts.

Cill
Housing the bottom rolling gear into our timber sill section gives a sleek design finish whilst maintaining excellent weatherproofing and draught exclusion.

Subcills
Our doors are compatible with a several different subcill types to suit various situations. As well as a traditional timber cill we also have a  low, aluminium threshold or a removable packer option.

Weatherproofing Gasket
Our doors are weatherproofed using an EPDM double gasket system providing superior weatherproofing, draught exclusion and thermal performance. Doors are weather tested to DIN EN 1027 and air permeability tested to DIN EN 1026.

Paint Finish

Timber is treated with three coats of factory applied micro-porous paint or translucent stain providing a fully finished product. Our fully automated finishing plant provides a high build, uniform paint finish. All paint, primers and finishes are micro-porus, allowing the timber to breathe naturally.

A choice of standard paint colours are available. Special colours can also be produced to match any sample or RAL reference number. We can also provide a combination of two-tone internal/external.

Please visit the paint finish section of our website for more information.
